Feature request from RedSeaWitch to allow the imported data to be exported to a comma-delimited file. This should be a menu option under the data menu.

The user should be prompted to select the island to export and the export file (default to [island name].csv). Export the data using the same display format as used by Puzzle Pirates:

commodity, shoppe, buy price, buy qty, sell price, sell qty

When prompting the user, display only the islands for which data is available. Remember the last island selected.
